About SENS International
SENS International, as an independent, neutral and non-profit Swiss foundation, is engaged in climate protection by recycling. It has launched the Swiss Climate Protection Initiative SCPI and is committed at European level in the WEEE forum to the highest quality recycling of old electrical appliances. Building on soon to be 20 years’ experience in Switzerland, it is treading new innovative paths abroad. SENS International is working on visions for recycling as part of its think tank.
SENS International has committed to climate protection by recycling. The foundation is working towards efficient and sustained climate protection. It is not limiting itself to the reduction of greenhouse gases but evaluates the projects it promotes holistically in terms of their ecological, social, economic and technological added value. All projects have to meet the high standards of the Swiss Charter developed by SENS International.
In collaboration with partners, it is developing climate protection projects on the basis of CFC recovery and destruction, and at European level is implementing high quality standards in recycling electrical and electronic appliances. SENS International is building on long years of experience and is striking new paths when it comes to recycling and climate protection.
